The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
1s follows:
1. That all publicaton and posting notices regarding the proposed
iacation of a portion of Pine Avenue pursuant to Resolution of Intention
40. 7469 have been given as required by law.
2. That the City Council did hear the evidence offered by all persons
interested in said proposed vacation and does find from all the evidence
iubmitted that a portion of Pine Avenue in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
liego, State of California, particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached
iereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is unnecessary for present
sr prospective street purposes and does hereby make this order vacating said
sortion of Pine Avenue.
3. That an easement for all existing utilities is excepted from this
lac at i on.
4. The City Clerk is instructed to record this Resolution of Vacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 7thday of 9
1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Mdxrs Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None

EXHIBIT "A"
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE VACATION OF 10 FEET
ON PINE AVENUE AT WASHINGTON STREET
The southerly 10.00 feet of Pine Avenue right-of-way, lying
northerly of and adjacent to the northerly line of Tract 222
of THUM Lands, Map No. 1681, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on December 9, 1915, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Tract 222.
Thence N 34'33'00" W along the northerly prolongation of the
westerly boundary of said Tract 222, 10.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence N 55'27'00'' E parallel to and
10.00 feet from, measured at right angles to the northerly line of said Tract 222 a distance of 200.00 feet to a
tangent curve concave southerly, having a radius of 20.00
feet. Thence easterly along the arc of said curve through a
central angle of 60'00'00" to its intersection with said
northerly line of Tract 222. Thence along said northerly boundary of Tract 222 S 55'27'00'' W to its most westerly
corner. Thence N 34"33'00"W along the northerly
prolongation of the westerly boundary of said Tract 222 to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Excepting from this vacation an easement for all existing utilities.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, VACATING A PORTION
OF PINE AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
1s follows:
1. That all publicaton and posting notices regarding the proposed
lacation of a portion of Pine Avenue pursuant to Resolution of Intention
lo. 7469 have been given as required by law.
2. That the City Council did hear the evidence offered by all persons
nterested in said proposed vacation and does find from all the evidence
