RESOLUTION NO. 7501
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, McMillin Development, Inc., Standard-Pacific Corp.,
tnd Cedric Sanders each have submitted Grant Deeds conveying
!asements to the City of Carlsbad for road purposes for portions of
'lm Avenue; said Deeds are on file in the Office of the City Clerk;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
letermined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
f Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds conveying easements to the City of
arlsbad for road purposes are hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the
riginal Deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
If San Diego County, State of California, with the appropriate
:ertificates of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:arlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of February ¶
