RESOLUTION NO. 7507
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE HOERNLEIN TRUST
ACCOUNT TO THE CITY'S GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FUND
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS.
WHEREAS the City of Carlsbad has received payments from insurance companies
ot a1 i ng $22,000; and
WHEREAS these funds have been held in trust by the City until the project
nown as the Hoernlein Storm Drain was completed; and
WHEREAS this project has now been completed to the satisfaction of the City
ouncil; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
hat the amount of Twenty-Two Thousand Dol 1 ars ($22,000) is hereby transferred
rom the Hoernlein Trust Account No. 80-92-55-0519 to the City's General
Hoernl ein iability Insurance Fund and this amount is hereby appropriated to the
torm Drain Project Account No. 71-18-30-3157.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
ouncil held on the 21stday of February , 1983, by the follow
