RESOLUTION NO. 7525
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FUND
TRANSFER AND APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR PROPORTIONAL
COSTS OF OFFSET CUL-DE-SAC ON HEMLOCK AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary and in the
public interest to construct an offset cul-de-sac on Hemlock
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council had previously indicated its
willingness to pay for said cul-de-sac;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad that the fund transfer of Seven Thousand Five
Hundred and Thirty-One Dollars ($69531.00) from the Undesignated
Capital Construction Fund Balance Account No. 30-00-00-0941 to
the Hemlock Cul-De-Sac Account No. 30-18-40-3164 is approved.
Said monies are appropriated for the purposes of paying a
proportional cost of construction for said cul-de-sac.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 6th day of March , 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Qkk and Prescmtt
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
