RESOLUTION NO. 7536
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE USE OF AGUA
HEDIONDA LAGOON BY SNUG HARBOR MARINA, TO CONDUCT JET SKI RACES ON APRIL 14, 15, and MAY 5 and 6, 1984
WHEREAS, Snug Harbor Marina plans to offer Jet Ski Races
at Agua Hedionda Lagoon on April 14 and 15, and May 5 and 6,
1984; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to provide liability
insurance, a holdharmless agreement, ambulance service, and
security personnel during the races;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct; and
2. Approve the use of Agua Hedionda Lagoon by Snug Harbor
Marina to conduct jet ski races on dates specified
above; and
3. That the City has the option to cancel the use of the
lagoon for jet ski races at any time.
