RESOLUTION NO. 7539
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING A RECLAIMED
WATER WATER MASTER
WHEREAS, the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board approved
Order No. 84-10 designating the City as the purveyor of reclaimed water
for specified areas of the City and,
WHEREAS, Provision 5 of Order 84-10 requires that the City designate a
Water Master to be responsible for the conveyance of reclaimed water.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad that the Director of Utilities and Maintenance is designated
the Water Master for the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 20th day of March , 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Chick
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Prescott
