WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
iecessary and in the public interest to install a traffic signal at the
intersection of Alga Road and Alicante Road; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, material:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
