RESOLUTION NO. 7564
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TRAILER MOUNTED CABLE RODDING MACHINE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
01 1 ows:
1. That the bid from Dew-Par Sales and service, 23891 Via Fabricante, Suite
111, Mission Viejo, CA 92691, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
uthorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a trailer mounted cable
Iodding machine in the amount of $10,124 plus tax, for a total of $10,731.44.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City .of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of April , 1984, by
;he following vote, to wit:
