RESOLUTION NO. 7565
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING CERTAIN
EMPLOYEES TO FILE CITY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES IN
SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
WHEREAS, it may be necessary for the City to file claims for
damages in the Small Claims Court of the North County Judicial
District; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to designate certain employees to
file such claims on its behalf;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the following persons are hereby designated:
Jim Elliott Finance Department
Doug Pasmore Finance Department
A1 Capuchin0 Finance Department Ken Price Parks & Recreation
Brian Watson Fire
Clifford Lange Library
Joe Skymba Library
Frank N. Mannen - City Manager's Office
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 17th day of April , 1984,
by the following vote, to wit:
