II) RESOLUTION NO. 7567(c
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF TAMARACK AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Diocese of San Diego Education and Welfare
Corporation has recorded an Offer of Dedication for street purposes
to the City of Carlsbad; said Offer of Dedication is on file in the
Office of the County Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept the
dedi cat ion ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the dedication for street purposes to the City of
Carlsbad is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the
Certificate of Acceptance of the dedication to be recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 17thday of April ¶
1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council MEmbers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Chick
