RESOLUTION NO. 7574

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR REVISED WILLDAN CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the Finance Director is authorized to appropriate and transfer
funds to the Fiscal Year 1983-84 Engineering Operating Budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds in the amount of $100,000 will be necessary to
pay for past and future services under the Willdan Associates Contract for
Engineering services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, Cal iforni a, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That a transfer of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) from the
Unappropriated General Fund Balance to the Engineering Department's
Professional Services Account is hereby autho.ri zed and approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 17th day of April , 1984, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Nat-ber Chick
