RESOLUTION NO. 7589
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
ALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF MONEY FOR THE PARAMEDIC
RUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Tournament of Champions Charitable Foundation
hes to make a donation of $400 to the paramedic trust fund;
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift
suant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California
ernment Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
y of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for
par amedi c trust fund .
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
y Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 1st day of
