A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FEE STRUCTURE OF THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO INCLUDE AN ALTERNATIVE PLAN CHECKING SERVICE FOR DEVELOPERS AND CONTRACTORS.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council
concurs, that there should be an alternative method available for
plai checking by the Engineering Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes and directs the City
Manager to provide an alternative plan checking method in the
Endineering Department as described in Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
3. That the Engineering Department is hereby authorized to
co'lect fees from the Developers and Contractors, upon their
se-ection of the alternative, as shown on said exhibit.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
ncil held on the 1st day of mY , 1984, by the
