RESOLUTION NO. 7591
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 3715 FOR STATE AND GRAND STREETSCAPE TO
L. R. HUBBARD.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, California, for
act No. 3715 for construction of State and Grand Streetscape; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by L. R. Hubbar
e amount of $412,035.68; and
WHEREAS, funds will be available in Account No. 15-18-90-3715 for this
ct ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad a
ws:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $412,035.68 by L. R. Hubbard for Contract No. 3715 for the
ruction of State and Grand Streetscape is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and
ity Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract thereafter.
3. Any informalities in the bidding process are hereby waived.
