RESOLUTION NO. 7595
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OF FUNDS FOR SETTLEMENT OF ROPER AND EISELE V.
CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, by recommendation of the City Attorney the
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE

WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds available in the

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the expenditure of $48,000 from the liability
