7598 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR
ARMY-NAVY ACADEMY CROSSING SIGNALS - CONTRACT NO. 3109.
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor,
ials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other expenses necessary and
ental for said Contract No. 3109 have been prepared and are on file in the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad a:

2. The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directec
