RESOLUTION NO. 7611
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
FOR CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENTS.
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT U/M- 1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the bid from Oliver Matthews Construction Company, 223 North 49th
St., San Diego, CA 92102, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute a contract for curb, gutter and sidewalk
replacement in the amount of $38,748.40.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at
ad 'ourned a /reguJ?ar meeting held the 22nd day of MY , 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council &k&ers Casler, Iewis, Kulchh, Chick and Prescott
NOES:
ABSENT: None
