RESOLUTION NO. 7613
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR
THE ALGA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS - CONTRACT NO. 3141.
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $986,654.50 are available for the Alga Road
Improvement project as approved by the City Council on January 24, 1984; and
WHEREAS, City funds in the amount of $697,097 and outside source funds in
the amount of $143,527.50 for a total of $840,624.50 have been encumbered for
this contract to date; and
WHEREAS, additional expenditures in the amount of $15,455.40 are required
for the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The Change Orders in the amount of Fifteen Thousand, Four Hundred
Fifty-Five Dollars and Forty Cents ($15,455.40) from Account No. 10-18-40-3141
are hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad a
a regular meeting held on the 5th day of June , 1984, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Presco
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
