RESOLUTION NO. 7628
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEEMENT NO. 11-5308 FOR CARLSBAD BOULE- VARD/GRAND AVENUE SIGNAL MODIFICATION GRANT.
WHEREAS, funds are available through a Local Agency - State
Agreement No. 11-5308 in the amount of $22,500; and
WHEREAS, City funds in the amount of $2,500 may be made
available in Fiscal Year 1984-85; and
WHEREAS, the City accepts the aforementioned responsibilities
as required by this Federal grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Local Agency -
State Agreement No. 11-5308 in the amount of $22,500 with $2,500
in matching funds to be provided by the City in Fiscal Year
1984-85. adjourned
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a/regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the -day of Tiine 9
1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and
NOES: None Prescott
ABSENT: None
