RESOLUTION NO. 7634
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND DATASTREAM FOR THE
PROVISION OF DATA PROCESSING RELATED SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires assistance from a qualified
technician to assist in the operation of the City's data processing system; and
WHEREAS, on October 11, 1983, the City Council approved an agreement with
latastream for the provision of a data processing technician; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the agreement for fiscal year 1984-85 to
change the cost and provide a way to reduce services during the year, if
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the amended agreement with Datastream for data processing
services is hereby approved.
3. That the Mayor is authorized to sign the amended agreement on file
with the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 19th day of June , 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
