RESOLUTION NO. 7636
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS, AND APPROVING TRANSFER OF
FUNDS FOR TAMARACK AVENUE - CONTRACT NO. 3143.
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all
labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other
Zxpenses necessary and incidental for said Contract No. 3143 have
Ieen prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of
:he City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
WHEREAS, funds available in Account No. 32-18-40-3108 are to
)e transferred for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Iity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Plans and specifications as presented are hereby
ipproved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
iuthorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with
law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the construction of
Tamarack Avenue: Sunnyhill Drive to Skyline Road in accordance
dith the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
4. That the transfer of One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand
lollars from the Tamarack Adams to Highland Account No. 32-18-40-
3108 to the Tamarack: Sunnyhill to Skyline Account No. 32-18-40-
3143 i s hereby approved and appropriated.
