RESOLUTION NO. 7653
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 3109 FOR THE ARMY-NAVY ACADEMY CROSSING
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the Army-Navy
,cademy Crossing Signals, Contract No. 3109; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for the Army-Navy Academy Crossing Signals
as submitted by MACO Services, in the amount of $15,752; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Traffic Safety Projects Account No.
0-18-40-3109 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
s follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $15,752 by MACO Services for Contract No. 3109 for the
rmy-Navy Academy Crossing Signals is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and the
ity Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract thereafter.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
regular meeting held the 3rd day of July , 1984 - , by the following vote,
