RESOLUTION NO. 7668
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A WORK
TION OF TELEPHONE LINES NECESSARY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE POINSETTIA LANE BRIDGE
(CONTRACT NO. 3079).
AUTHORIZATION FOR PACIFIC BELL FOR THE RELOCA-
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the certain Work Authorization for Pacific Bell for
the relocation of telephone lines required for the Poinsettia Lane
Bridge construction, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Work Authorization for and on behalf
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 17th day of
July , 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Prescott

Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a check for $20,513.00 to be applied to the account of
City of Carlsbad in payment of Pacific Bell's cost of relocating
their facilities which are in conflict with our Poinsettia Lane
bridge construction located at the Poinsettia Lane extension between Avenida Encinas and Carlsbad Boulevard in Carlsbad,
California.
It is agreed by and between Pacific Bell and City of Carlsbad that
the sum of $20,513.00 constitutes the total flat sum to be paid by
City of Carlsbad for Pacific Bell's cost of relocating said
facilities.
