RESOLUTION NO. 7682
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
(218) FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS. CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT PMS-000s
WHEREAS, funds are available through a Local Agency - State Agreement PMS-005
218) in the amount of $8,000; and
WHEREAS, the City has been authorized to proceed with advertising for bids
or the installation of raised pavement markers; and
WHEREAS, Federal funds in the amount of $8,000 will be deposited with the
ity, upon successful completion of the aforementioned bids, in Account No. 119-
10-8204-8620; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, as follows:

Plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
lirected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice to Contractors
nviting bids for installing raised pavement markers at various locations in the

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
Iity of Carlsbad, California, held on the 17th day of Jay , 1984
