RESOLUTION NO. 7698
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING RULES AND
REGULATIONS FOR RECLAIMED WATER SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is responsible for the distribution of
reclaimed water in the City water service area; and
WHEREAS, the San Diego Regional Water Quality Board adopted Order 84-10
which sets forth requirements for the purveyance of reclaimed water by the City
which includes the publication of appropriate rules and regulations.
NOW, THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California as follows:
1. That Rules and Regulations for Reclaimed Water Service Provided by the
City of Carlsbad in Its City Service Area, dated July, 1984, attached hereto
is hereby adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 7th day of AWUSt 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council~rs Casler, Lewis, Kulchin,Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
