The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby declares its intentions to proceed, under the provisions of Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easement Vacation Law of 1981, to vacate a portion of Carlsbad Blvd. between Walnut Avenue and Sycamore Avenue, located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, particularly described on Exhibit A. 2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO P.M. on September 4, 1984, for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed vacation. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 21Stday of August ¶ 1984, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Prsscott NOES: None ABSENT: Council Member Chick ATTEST: Li!La!&zpQa ALtTHA L.
