RESOLUTION NO. 7708
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
UANCE OF THE CONTRACT FOR PLAN CHECKING AND
INSPECTION SERVICES BY WILLDAN ASSOCIATES.
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CONTIN-
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that
ldditional plan checking and inspection services must be made available in order
or the City to fulfill its obligations; and
WHEREAS, a satisfactory agreement to provide such services has been
egot i at ed ; and
WHEREAS, the funds have been budgeted for Fiscal Year 1984-85 in the City's
per at i ng budget ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
s follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

That the current agreement with Willdan Associates is approved for
