RESOLUTION NO. 7709
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CONTINUANCE OF THE CONTRACTS FOR
CONSULTING SERVICES OF THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER AND THE
DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that
idditional Traffic and Development Engineering time must be made available in
vder for the City to fulfill its obligations; and
WHEREAS, satisfactory agreements to provide such services have been
egot i ated ; and
WHEREAS, the funds have been budgeted for Fiscal Year 1984-85 in the City's
perating budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the current agreements for Traffic and Development Engineering
ervices are approved for continuance.
3. That the expenditure of budgeted appropriations for these services in
he amount of $37,061 and $83,200, respectively, is authorized.
