RESOLUTION NO. 7715
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN
TEMPORARY SERVICES FOR SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with Western Temporary Services for school
crossing guard service; and
WHEREAS , said agreement provides that charges for said services should
include a weekly rate of $252.00; and
WHEREAS, after negotiations, the parties to said contract have agreed that
said rate should be increased to $302.25 effective September 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
as follows:
1, That Section 2.b. of said agreement shall be deleted in its entirity.
2, That the following paragraph shall be substituted:

b. Pay Western Temporary Services for the services provided under this
agreement in the amount of $302.25 per week, for the 39 weeks of the school
year. In the event the school year is shortened or lengthened, the compensation
shall be prorated accordingly.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 21st day of August , 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
