RESOLUTION NO, 7726
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A SCANNING RADIO AS A GIFT FOR THE
CARLSBAD FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Mr. C.M. Godfrey wishes to make a donation of
a Bearcat 160 automatic scanning radio for use by the
Carlsbad Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift
pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California
Government Code.
NOW, THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gife of the scanning
radio for use by the Carlsbad Fire Department.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOTPED at a regular meeting of the
day of City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 4th
September , 1984 by the following vote, to wit:
