RESOLUTION NO. 7740
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 9F THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE HEATING/COOLING
SYSTEM IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 001-84

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the bid from Thermodyne Corporation, 785 Mission Rd., San
92069, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk are Marcos
hereby authorized to execute a contract for the replacement of the heating/
cooling system in the Council Chambers in the amount of $13,500.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 18th day of September ,
1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Mexbsrs Casler, Lewis, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT : Council Maker Kul
