RESOLUTION NO. 7748
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ESTABLISHING A RECLAIMED WATER RATE
WHEREAS, Section 14.04.030 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, empowers the
City Council to, from time to time, by resolution to set rates, charges and
penalties respecting water service, and
WHEREAS, reclaimed water is a new category of water and will have a
district rate established.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter stated regulations
respecting water rates will become effective for all water bill after
September 1, 1984.
I. Reclaimed Water for all classes: 55.125C per 100 cu. ft.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 18thday of September, 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
