A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF OLD PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD

hereby resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby declares
its intentions to proceed, under the provisions of Public
Streets, Highways, and Service Easement Vacation Law of 1981, to
vacate a portion of Old Palomar Airport Road west of the AT&SF
right-of-way, located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, particularly described on Exhibit A,
P.R. 6.60.
2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council
Chambers at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m.
on October 16, 1984, for the purpose of hearing all persons
interested in or objecting to said proposed vacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of CkAo~r , 1984 by
the following vote, to wit:
