RESOLUTION NO. 7769
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS; AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD BRIDGE AND IMPROVEMENT OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD FROM TAMARACK AVENUE TO .25 MILE SOUTH - CONTRACT NO. 3098.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
ecessary and in the public interest to reconstruct the Carlsbad Boulevard
ridge and Carlsbad Boulevard from Tamarack Avenue to .25 mile south; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor,
taterial, tools, equipment, transportation, and other expenses necessary or
ncidental for said project, Contract No. 3098, have been prepared and are on
ile in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated
y reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
IS follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
lirected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice to Contractors
miting bids for the reconstruction of the Carlsbad Boulevard Bridge and
mprove Carlsbad Boulevard from Tamarack Avenue to .25 mile south in accordance
iith the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
