A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
0 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.

WHEREAS4 Clifton and Lenora P. Towler have submitted a Grant Deed
conveying an easdment to the City of Carlsbad for roadway purposes; said
Deed on file in (he Office of the City Clerk; and
I
WHEREAS) the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined l
it to be in the dublic interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THqREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, Califorbia, as follows:

That/ the above recitations are true and correct.
That/ the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of

Carlsbad for roadway purposes is hereby accepted.
3. Thatlthe City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original
Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, State of California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance
attached. I
