CASE NQ: CT 84-7/CP-276 APPLIC~NT: LA COSTA RACQUET CLUB WHEREA$, on September 12, 1984 the Carlsbad Planning i Commission adopted Resolution No. 2341 recommending to the City Council that Tehtative Tract Map (CT 84-7) and Condominium Permit ~ (CP-276) be apptoved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on October 16, 1981 held public hearings to consider the recommendations/ and heard all persons interested in or opposed tc Tentative Tract! Map (CT 84-7) and Condominium Permit (CP-276); and WHEREAS, said Tentative Tract Map and Condominium Permit have been declai ed to have a nonsignificant impact on the environment andl a Negative Declaration dated August 15, 1984 was ir , prepared, approived and filed by the Planning Commission on September 12, 1984 in compliance with the requirements of the City of CarlsbJd Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1980 and the California ,Environmental Quality Act; I I NOW, aHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cadlsbad, California as follows: A. Tqat the above recitations are true and correct. B. ~ TGat the findings of the Planning Commission in Resolution No. '2341 constitute the findings of the City Council in this matter.
