RESOLUTION NO. 7792 I I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING
T$E MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD AND ARTHUR YOUNG FOR THE
DEVELiPMENT b OF A LONG-RANGE INFORMATION SYSTEMS PLAN
WHEREAS, the Clty of Carlsbad requires assistance in the development of a
long-range informa 4 ion systems plan; and
WHEREAS, the CPty requested proposals from several qualified firms capable

of providing said bervice; and

WHEREAS, THE CFty evaluated all proposals received and determined that the
I I proposal presented' by Arthur Young meets the specifications and is in the City's
1 best fnt eres t ; ,

NOW, THEREFOR$, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows: I

That the /above recitations are true and correct.
That the lagreement with Arthur Young, on file in the City Clerk's

Office is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute said

PASSED, APPRO ED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the t
