RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REPORT
THE "SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INVESTIGATION,
LIMITATION AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931",
FIXING A DATE OF HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAb, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
appurtenant work,
California, has1 by Resolution ordered the preparation of a
