I RESOLUTION NO. 7809
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT TO PACIF~C BELL AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, Pacific Bell has requested a 15 foot by 18 foot
easement near t$e south east corner of Lagoon Lane and Daisy
Avenue; and ~

WHEREAS, the requested location is in an open space area

outside of existing street right-of-way;
NOW, THERfFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the

City of Carlsbab grants the requested easement subject to the
following conditions and authorizes the Mayor to execute the
I easement on behalf of the City:
1. All utility service to the site shall be undergrounded.
2,. The utility enclosure proposed for the site shall be
built into the flope outside of existing City street right-of-
way. I
I 3. A landscape plan using drought tolerant material and a
I
fencing plan shill be submitted for review and approval by the
Parks and Recreation Director.

4. Pacific Bell shall be responsible for all maintenance of
the building an? property within the easement.
