A~RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
A~THORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 002-84
S~STEM IN THE CITY HALL COMPLEX
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE HEATING/COOLING

BE IT RESOLVEd by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the hid from San Marcos Sheet Metal and Mechanical, Inc. ,
410 Cribbage Lane, 'San Marcos, California, 92069, is hereby accepted and
the Mayor and the dity Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the replacement of the heating/cooling system in City Hall in the
amount of $119,750.
2, That the City Council approve the transfer of $40,000 from
the Contingency Fund to the Capital Outlay account in Building Maintenance,
01-5310-3900.

This fund transfer is on file in the Finance Department.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 13th day of Y
