RESOLUTION NO. 782 1
A RESO UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
AND MAINTAIN COMPLETE TELEPHONE SERVICES.
CALIqORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS , AND AUTHORIZING
THE CI Y CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS TO FURNISH, INSTALL

WHEREAS, the dity Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has
determined that id is necessary and in the public interest to replace the
existing telephon4 system; and

I WHEREAS, spec4fications to furnish, install , and maintain complete telephone
services have been prepared and are on file in the City Clerk's Office of the
City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein;
1 NOW, THEREFOR!, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows: I
I 1 That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.
I The specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City, Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice inviting bids to
furnish, install ,I and maintain complete telephone services in accordance with
the specifications hereinabove referred to.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of thc
City of Carlsbad bn the 13th day of November , 1984, by the followins ~
