I RESOLUTION NO. 7824
Ai RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLGBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING AN AMBULANCE SURPLUS,
~ND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH AN ITEM.
WHEREAS, the qity Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined a 1973
Chevrolet ambulanqe is surplus; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad to dispose of this
unit. I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California , as follows :
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the, item listed in Exhibit A be declared surplus.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to
dispose of the surplus ambulance.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at
I a regular meeting held the 20th day of , 1984, by the
