HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-11-20; City Council; Resolution 78251 2 3 4 5 6 7 a 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2c 21 2% 22 24 25 26 27 28 A RESOLlUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARUSBAD, CALIFORNIA QUITCLAIMING PARCELS CARLSBdD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ii~ii AN^ ii~ii OF SWIMMING POOL PROPERTY TO THE WHEREAS, on October 10, 1977, the Carlsbad Unified School Iistrict deeded 14.68 acres of property adjacent to Carlsbad High jchool to construct a Municipal Swimming Pool; and WHEREAS, the pool has been built and the School District is *equesting that'parcels ''A" and "6" at the pool site be returned to the School District; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to maintain access rights over Parcel 'A" in order to gain access to the solar collector area for main- tenance and storage purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City sf Carlsbad as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That said land referenced above and more particularly described in Exkibit ''A" of the Quitclaim Deed will be quitclaimed to the Carlsbad Unified School District. 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Quitclaim Deed in behalf of the City.
