RESOLUTION NO. 7828
UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
D, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION
S FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE
H/ANALYSIS GROUP BUDGET.
WHEREAS, t e City of Carlsbad desires to appropriate $7,635
for the revisio of the Housing Element of the City of Carlsbad's
General Plan by the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) ,
identified in d,tail e in Agenda Bill # 7968 ; and
::
WHEREAS, there are no funds available in the Research/Analysis
Group's budget 80 accommodate this revision; and
rrlHEREAS, f nds are available from the City Council's
contingency acc unt to support this program, decreasing the
contingency acc unt #01-1950-2470 by $7,635 from $
to $ 1
NOW, THERE ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsba a that said appropriation of funds is hereby
approved and be transferred to account #01-1610-2470 in the
Group budget.
AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Carlsbad on the 20th day of November, 1984,
