BE IT RESOLVED dy the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as

1. That the bid from Traconex Inc., 1140 N. Kraemer, Suite G, Anaheim, CA
2806, is hereby acc pted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
urchase Order for purchase of five Type 170 Traffic Signal Controllers, in
he amount of $50,55 plus tax, for a total of $53,583.
PASSED, APPROVE AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, at a reghlar meeting held on the 4th day of December , 1984,
