Mayor is hereby authorized and directed behalf of the City. PASSED, APP'OVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of he City of Carlsbad held on the 18th day , 1984, by the following vote, to wit: I of December I AYES: Counc~l Piembers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine ABSENT: none^ Noye "-, - SLER, Mayor ATTEST: I (SEAL) ~ ADDENDUM To be attached and made a part of the lease dated January 17, 1984. Executed by Balboa Construction Co., Inc. as Lessor, and the City of Carlsbad as Lessee, for premises located at 2945 Harding Street, Suite 207, Carlsbad, CA 92008. This Lease is hereby renewed. The term of this Lease shall be for one (1) year, commencing on January 1 1985, and ending on December 31, 1985. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord at such place as Landlord may des- ignate, without deduction, offset, prior notice or demand and Land- lord agrees to accept, as rent for the Leased Premises, the total sum of TEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND N0/100 Dollars ($10,800.00) lawful money of the United States, payable in monthly installments of NINE HUNDRED AND N0/100 Dollars ($900.00), payable in advance on the first day of each and every month during the term of this Lease.
