1 RESOLUTION NO. 7860
A R~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITS OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE CONTINUANCE OF THE CONTRACT FOR
CONgULTING SERVICE OF THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER.

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council
Zoncurs that Traffic Engineering time must be made available in
3rder for the Cdty to fulfill its obligations; and
WHEREAS, a {atisfactory agreement to provide such service has
3een negotiated land is on file in the City Clerk's office; and

WHEREAS, thd funds are available as budgeted in FY 1984-85 in

I the City's operdting budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
, City of Carlsbad~, California, as follows: I
1. That the^ above recitations are true and correct.
2. That th/e current agreement for Traffic Engineering

i services is apprioved for continuance.

I 3. That th/e transfer of budget appropriations for these
services in thk amount of $35,060.00 as follows: $27,000.00
Account No. 001~3140-1100, $5,660.00 Account No. 001-3140-1920,
and $2,400.00 Alccount No. 001-3140-1940 is hereby authorized.
Funds in the tdtal amount of $35,060.00 to be transferred to
