FOR ST?EET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
Xty of Carlsbad anb recorded as a condition of Carlsbad Tract 81-16, and
WHEREAS, an er)ror was found in the legal description of said easement
recorded as File/Pdge No. 84-387682 on October 12, 1984 in the Office of the
Zounty Recorder of pan Diego County; and
WHEREAS, the prfoperty owner has executed and offered a replacement Grant
leed to the City of/ Carlsbad;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Zarlsbad, Californiia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Easement found to be in error be Quit Claimed back to the
woperty owner. ~
3. That the $ayor is hereby authorized to execute the Quit Claim Deed
attached hereto andl incorporated by this reference on behalf of the City.
4. That the 4ity Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Deed
to be recorded in i the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
State of Californid.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on tde 2nd day of JanUary , 1985, by the following -
