A RES~LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLS~AD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FOR PARK PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, Daon~ Corporation has submitted a Grant Deed conveying 0,873
acres of land to the City of Carlsbad; said Deed is on file in the Office of
the City Clerk; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be

in the public inte est to accept said Deed; r
NOW, THEREFORtk, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, Californ'a, I as follows:
1. That the 1 bove recitations are true and correct.
2. That the rant Deed, attached hereto, conveying 0.873 acres of land 4
to the City of Car sbad is hereby accepted. i
3. That the II City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original
Deed to be recorded, in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
State of Califor$ia, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance
attached.
