A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
EI~M AVENUE AND A PORTION OF APPIAN ROAD.
CJTY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING 14s INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
The City 4ouncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The Cbty Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby declares its
intentions to pro eed, under the provisions of Public Streets, Highways,
and Service Easemdnt Vacation Law of 1981, to vacate a portion of Elm
Avenue and a portion of Appian Road located in the City of Carlsbad, County

of San Diego, State of California, particularly described on Exhibit 2.

2. A pubiic hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at
1200 Elm Avenue, carlsbad, California, at 6:OO P.M., January 22, 1985 for
the purpose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said

proposed vacation.
